We are pleased to announce that Jeremias Group has acquired a majority stake in Xvent, a Czech company and innovative specialist for ventilation and heating systems. Xvent is a pioneer in the development and production of state-of-the-art heat recovery units.
With this acquisition, we will strengthen our position in the strategically important residential ventilation sector in Europe and, together with Xvent, drive the widespread introduction of the most efficient and modern heat recovery systems.
We look forward to developing new solutions together, inspiring the market with innovative technology, and positioning both brands as leaders in controlled mechanical ventilation in more than 40 countries.
